- We review feasibility, paper, finishing, schedule and delivery requirements, then prepare a quotation for the project.
- After confirming the quotation, specifications and schedule, proceed with ordering on the agreed terms. Sending this form does not confirm an order.
- Complete the artwork and proof checks required for the project before printing, finishing and delivery.

Can we enquire before specifications and quantities are fixed?
Yes. Tell us what you want to make, where it will be used and your preferred timing. We can consider undecided details such as paper, finishing and quantity together.
What information is needed for an estimate?
Purpose, quantity, size, paper, number of colors, finishing, required date and delivery destination are helpful. Mark undecided items as such. We provide pricing after reviewing the details.
Can you discuss special stocks and environmental options?
Yes. Tell us your preferred material, finish and environmental requirements. Available specifications, certifications and labeling conditions are checked for each project.
How should we enquire about an urgent project?
Please start with the required delivery date, specifications, quantity and when print-ready data will be available. We will check production, finishing and delivery requirements before confirming feasibility.
