Privacy Policy

Our commitment

Bunseikaku Co., Ltd. recognizes that protecting personal information, Individual Numbers and specific personal information (collectively, “personal information”) entrusted to us through printing and related operations is fundamental to business continuity and an important social responsibility. We will continue maintaining systems for its appropriate handling.

1. Appropriate collection

We inform individuals of the purposes for which their personal information will be used and collect it through appropriate means.

2. Use of personal information

We take measures to handle personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes and do not use it beyond that scope. If use beyond those purposes becomes necessary, we will notify the individual in advance and obtain consent.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except where permitted or required by law. We may outsource operations involving personal information. In such cases, we enter into agreements concerning its protection and manage and supervise contractors to ensure appropriate handling.

4. Compliance

We comply with applicable laws, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the law governing Individual Numbers, government guidelines and other relevant standards. We maintain this policy and internal rules and oversee their appropriate implementation.

5. Prevention and correction of leaks, loss or damage

Our internal rules for personal information protection establish security measures and procedures for managing contractors to prevent and correct leaks, loss or damage.

6. Complaints, enquiries and disclosure requests

We endeavor to respond promptly and sincerely to complaints, enquiries and requests concerning this policy, notification of use purposes, disclosure, correction or suspension of use. Please contact the office below.
