文星閣は、創業から70年以上にわたって「印刷」というものづくりを通じて、多くのお客様の想いを形にしてきました。

社会や技術が大きく変わっていく中で、私たちもまた、時代に合わせて姿を変えながら歩みを続けています。

私はCSOとして、経営の視点と現場の視点をつなぎ、会社全体が前向きに挑戦できる環境を整えていくことを使命としています。

デジタル化やAI活用など、日々の改革は進んでいますが、本当に大切にしたいのは、「人が主役であること」です。

文星閣には、ベテランの技術者の確かな腕と、若い世代の新しい発想が共存しています。その違いを力に変え、互いに学び合いながら、「次の文星閣」を形にしていくことが、今の私の役割だと感じています。

変化はときに不安を伴いますが、それを"楽しむ力"があれば、組織はもっと強くなれる。

そんな想いを胸に、これからも一人ひとりが誇りを持って働ける会社を、仲間とともに創っていきたいと思います。

For more than 70 years, Bunseikaku has been shaping ideas into tangible forms through the art of printing.

While technology and society continue to evolve, our passion for connecting people through creativity remains the same.

As CSO, my mission is to bridge management and the production floor—to create an environment where everyone can take on new challenges with confidence.

Digital transformation, automation, and AI are important tools, but at the heart of every innovation are the people who make it happen.

At Bunseikaku, experienced craftsmanship and fresh ideas from the younger generation come together every day. By learning from one another and respecting each individual's strength, we aim to build the next chapter of our company—one that is both human-centered and future-focused.

Change can be uncertain, but it also brings opportunity.

If we can learn to enjoy it, we grow stronger as a team.

That is the kind of company I want Bunseikaku to be—a place where people feel proud of what they create, and where innovation begins with genuine collaboration.
